Repair Mortars

They can adapt to any type of refractory surface. They are used in refractory repairs due to their quick adhesion and easy troweling properties.

Hymor® HH

It is a heat-setting, ceramically bonded mortar resistant to metal and iron penetration. It is prepared by mixing with water.

Hymor® ZR

It is a zircon-based, heat-setting coating material applied by brushing or troweling. It prevents slag adhesion and gives good results in thermal shocks and acid erosions.

Hymor® TS

It is a general-purpose repair material prepared for plastering or gunning. It easily adheres to any type of surface and is easy to work with a trowel.

Hymor® SI

It is a ready-to-use repair mortar specially designed for coke oven doors, but also used in places like ladles, soaking pits, etc.

Hymor® Coil

Contains 15% Alumina. It is a plaster material formulated for induction furnace coil repair and plastering. It is applied by mixing with water.

Hymor® Coil 2

Contains 90% Alumina. It is a plaster material formulated for induction furnace coil repair and plastering. It is applied by mixing with water.

Hymor® 50

It is a 50 Alumina, high-bonding strength, air-setting, ready-to-use plaster and repair material.

Hymor® 60

It is a 60 Alumina, air-setting, ready-to-use plaster repair material.

Hymor® 85

It is an 80 Alumina, high-bonding strength, air-setting, ready-to-use plaster and repair material.

Hymor® 95

It is manufactured as air-setting and ready-to-use. It can be used at all temperatures up to 1760°C. Its application areas include hot metal cars, ladles, soaking pits, electric arc furnaces, and ceramic kilns.

Hymor® 95 CR

It is an air-setting, phosphate-bonded wet refractory mortar based on tabular alumina and green chromium oxide. This special wet green refractory mortar is used between the slide gates of ladles and nozzles, and between tundish well blocks and zircon nozzles.
