Insulatings

Insulatings

• The application environment and water temperature must comply with the specified limits (+5/+25°C).
• It must be ensured that the insulation products on the substrate do not absorb the mixing water from the mortar.
• The dry material should be mixed for a short period before adding water.
• The prepared mortar must be used promptly, before setting begins (within a maximum of 30 minutes).
• The mortar should be poured from below a specified height.
• Vibration must not be applied to these materials; manual compaction or formwork tapping should be carried out instead.
• Surface finishing after pouring should be completed using appropriate damp tools or equipment.
• To prevent heat generation and cracking caused by post-pouring reactions, the surface must be kept moist.
• The formwork should not be removed prematurely, and the material must be left to air dry for the specified period.
• The heat-curing program should commence only after the natural drying stage has been completed.
• Our technical team should be consulted regarding any issues that may arise during application.
