Concrete Refractories

• The cleanliness of all equipment must be checked prior to application.
• The material should be poured in a single operation rather than in separate stages.
• The dry material must be mixed homogeneously before adding water.
• The temperature, quantity, and quality of the mixing water must comply with the guidelines. Incorrect water quantities adversely affect the strength and flowability of the material.
• During pouring, it must be ensured that the concrete completely fills all edges of the formwork.
• If vibration is applied to the concrete, the vibration duration must be properly adjusted to prevent particle segregation.
• After pouring, water curing must be carried out to prevent cracking. The material should be kept moist during natural drying and throughout the setting period.
• The formwork must not be removed before the setting period has been fully completed.
• Materials should be stored in dry, moisture-free conditions and at a specified temperature during the winter months.
• For anchoring details and any casting issues, our technical team should be consulted directly.
