PLASTICS

Ready to use materials installed by tamping or ramming, after drying either the heat or a chemical binder converts the plastics info a solid. Wide range of applications areas are available into iron and steel, wood-paper, aluminium, foundries and ceramic industries. They can be used as a primary material to reline complete furnaces, burner areas, ladles etc. as well being used extensively as repair materials.

HYPLAS® 45

Super duty for general purpose as well as for severe applications. Ceramic bonded heatsetting material. Good insulating value reduce energy cost, spall and mechanicalshock-resistant. Typical applications are Foundries ladles, Incinerators combustion, Petrochemical and Refining incinerators, boilers Steel pelletizing furnace combustion chambers hot metal mixers backup linings, soaking pits and reheating furnaces, sidewalls division andendwals. Covers, flat suspended arches noses, burnerwalls.

HYPLAS® 60

More than 55 AI2O3 super duty heat setting ceramic bonded plastic material. Typical applications are similar to that Hyplas® 45.

Hyplas® 65

More than 65 AI2O3 super duty heat setting ceramic bonded plastic material. Typical applications are similar to that Hyplas® 45.

HYPLAS® 60 CH

55 Alumina phos-bonded air setting plastic, greater hot strength and resistance to slag attack usually
provided by super duty fireclay plastics. Typical applications are Aliminum melting and holding furnaces. Foundries ladles and throughs, Refineries, Industrial Boilers, incinerators, Steel,
soaking pits, covers and recuperators.

HYPLAS® 70 CH

70 AI2O3 phos-bonded air setting plastic.

HYPLAS® 75 CH

75 AI2O3 phos-bonded air setting plastic. In addition to typical applications of Hyplas® 60 CH, could be used in applications more than hot load strength is wanted.

HYPLAS® 80 CH

80 AI2O3 phos-bonded air setting plastic.

Hyplas® 85 CH

86 AI2O3 phos-bonded air setting plastic. In addition to typical applications of Hyplas® 60 CH, could be used in applications more than hot load strength is wanted.

HYPLAS® BLUE

Produced with mullite, phos-bonded plastic material. Refractory properties are comparable to those of conventional 85 alumina material. Hot load strength, abrasion resistance, slag resistance to thermal shocks are greate to those similar plastics.

HYPLAS® 90 CH

93 Alumina phos-bonded air setting plastic material. Very high abrasion and erosion resistance, little or no adhesion of slag, resists attack by carbon monoxide, hydrocarbons. Typical applications are Aliminum melting and holding furnaces. Cement kiln burning zones. Foundries ladles, tundishes, furnace spouts, tapholes, Refineries and Petrochemical cylones catalyst transfer lines, process furnaces delta sections, hot metal cars, tundishes ladles.

HYPLAS® LW

A low refractory material with a low thermal conductivity.

HYPLAS® SIC

With stainless steel reinforcement, silicium carbide based very special material used in boiler hopper region pipes in thermic power plants and burner entrances.

Hyplas® Emerald

Alumina-chorome base, phos-bonded, extraordinarily high erosion and abrasion resistance, extraordinarily high resistance to acid, basic and neutral slags.
