NUTEC Fibratec Rigidizer is applied to the surface of NUTEC Fibratec blankets or other high-temperature ceramic fiber insulation materials by spraying or brushing. After air drying, the NUTEC Fibratec rigidizer stabilizes the otherwise fragile ceramic fiber, giving it improved strength and enhanced abrasion resistance. It is generally applied after ceramic fiber installation.

NUTEC Fibratec Rigidizer is packaged in 19-liter plastic buckets. One liter of rigidizer is sufficient to cover approximately 4.5 m² by brushing or 9 m² by spraying.
