Ceramic Fiber Mortar

A moldable and pumpable ceramic fiber material. Moldable NUTEC Fibratec is used to prevent heat loss caused by existing linings and can be applied using a trowel, caulking gun, or pump.

Moldable NUTEC Fibratec is a multipurpose ceramic fiber distributed in an adhesive, cohesive binder system, suitable for most ceramic and metallic surfaces.

Pumpable NUTEC Fibratec is a multipurpose ceramic fiber distributed in an adhesive mixture. Being naturally fibrous, it offers excellent insulation properties, is easy to use, and provides significant energy savings. This pumpable mixture has excellent wet adhesion to steel, refractories, and other ceramic fiber products.

This material is also resistant to thermal shock, resists flame erosion, has very low heat storage, and low thermal conductivity at high operating temperatures.
