They are cement-free castables that are bonded with a special binder instead of refractory cement, and since they do not contain CaO in their structure, they do not form strength-reducing phases at high temperatures.
Zero Cement® 80
It is an 82 Alumina cement-free castable. Since it does not contain calcium oxide in its structure, it is highly resistant to slag adhesion and metal abrasion. Ladles, launders, torpedo mouths, and induction furnace mouth zones are its main application areas.
Zero Cement® 85
It is an 86 Alumina cement-free castable. Since it does not contain calcium oxide in its structure, it is highly resistant to slag adhesion and metal abrasion. Ladles, launders, torpedo mouths, and induction furnace mouth zones are its main application areas.
Zero Cement® 95
It is a 92 Alumina cement-free castable. Since it does not contain calcium oxide in its structure, it is highly resistant to slag adhesion and metal abrasion. Ladles, launders, torpedo mouths, and induction furnace mouth zones are its main application areas.
