Insulations
Insulating castables, which are produced with a technology similar to castables, are products manufactured from low-density raw materials to reduce final densities and provide good insulation.
These types of products are used in almost every industry, both as the main refractory material and as a secondary product behind denser and fire-resistant materials.
Hyisolite® 65
It is a low-density, general-service insulation material for low temperatures.
Hyisolite® 80
It is a low-density, general-service insulation castable resistant to 800°C.
Hyisolite® 95
It is a very low-density, general-service insulation material.
Hyisolite® 100
It is a traditional insulation refractory made with lightweight chamotte and vermiculite with a suitable granulation.
Hyisolite® 110
It is a general-service material with high insulation capability and low dimensional change.
Hyisolite® 125
It is a low-density, general-service material used as a lining or back-lining. It provides good insulation in places up to 1260°C. Besides its use as a concrete (castable), Hyisolite® 125 can also be applied by spraying.
Hyisolite® 135
Although it is an insulation material, it has high strength. It is used as both a lining and back-lining material in places up to 1350°C.
Hyisolite® 170
A sulfur-free, low-density lining material containing a low amount of iron for insulation purposes.
